I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, being close to the city centre and easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered by the hotel was a great way to start the day.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for those looking to be in the heart of the city during Christmas time. We loved being able to walk to all the holiday festivities without having to worry about driving or finding parking. the staff provided us with complimentary toiletries and plenty of extra towels throughout our stay, which was a nice touch. Lastly, we found the breakfast to be delicious and filling, with options to suit all tastes.
There were some serious maintenance issues during our stay. We had trouble with the electricity in our room, as my phone charger broke after plugging it in and one of the light bulbs burnt out.

The hotel is located close to the city center, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions. the rooms were quite spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the host was an old woman who was very friendly and hospitable, adding to the warm ambiance of the hotel.
The electric system in the hotel needs serious maintenance, as there were multiple instances of appliances getting damaged.

Perfectly located and staffed with a friendly host, this place definitely had its moments. With the prime location, it was hard not to enjoy the convenience of everything around it. It's also comforting to have a kind host there to help with whatever comes up. the cozy decor really sets the mood for a nice night in.
The maintenance of the place seemed to be lacking. the issues with the electric system was a bit concerning after my phone charger broke.
